Terms of Engagement
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Engagement (“Terms”) govern participation in all training programmes delivered by Tactical One Training Academy. By submitting a registration request or enrolling on any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before applying.
1. Definitions
"Academy" refers to Tactical One Training Academy and its authorised representatives. "Participant" refers to any individual registered or seeking registration on a Tactical One training programme. "Programme" refers to any course, workshop, or event delivered by the Academy. "Clearance" refers to the access authorisation issued to Participants following background verification.
2. Registration & Access
Access to Tactical One training programmes is restricted to verified individuals. All registration requests are subject to a background and suitability review. The Academy reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide a reason. Clearance granted for one programme does not automatically confer access to future programmes.
3. Enrolment & Fees
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the Academy's written acceptance and payment of the applicable tuition fee. Fees are quoted in EUR and are inclusive of all listed programme elements unless otherwise stated. The Academy reserves the right to amend fees for future programme intakes with reasonable advance notice.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation by Participant: • More than 28 days before programme start: full refund less a €150 administration fee • 14–28 days before programme start: 50% refund • Fewer than 14 days before programme start: no refund Cancellation by the Academy: In the event the Academy cancels or significantly modifies a programme, Participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent programme. The Academy's liability is limited to the tuition fee paid and does not extend to travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the Participant.
5. Health, Fitness & Medical Disclosure
Participants must be physically fit to participate in all elements of their chosen programme. It is the Participant's responsibility to disclose any medical condition, injury, or physical limitation that may affect their safe participation. The Academy reserves the right to exclude any Participant whose condition poses a risk to themselves or others. Participants are advised to consult a medical professional before enrolling on intensive physical programmes.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. The following will result in immediate dismissal from the programme without refund: • Disregard for safety protocols or instructor directives • Misuse of weapons, equipment, or training materials • Aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour • Disclosure of classified training content, methodologies, or facility information to third parties • Breach of any confidentiality obligations agreed prior to or during the programme
7. Confidentiality
All training content, course materials, methodologies, and information relating to other Participants are strictly confidential. Participants must not record, photograph, publish, or share such information without express written consent from the Academy. This obligation survives completion or termination of the programme.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by the Academy — including but not limited to course handbooks, presentations, and operational protocols — remain the intellectual property of Tactical One Training Academy. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of the programme in which they are enrolled.
9. Liability
Participation in tactical and physical training programmes carries inherent risk. Participants acknowledge this risk and agree to hold the Academy, its instructors, and its staff harmless from any claim arising from injury, loss, or damage except where caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Academy. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence under applicable law.
10. Photography & Media
The Academy may photograph or film training activities for internal documentation and promotional use. Participants who do not wish to appear in such material must notify the Academy in writing prior to programme commencement. Participants may not photograph or film training sessions without prior written authorisation.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the Participant's local law.
12. Amendments
The Academy may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of enrolment confirmation applies to that enrolment. For future bookings, the current version published on this page applies.
